Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Sorted (the "Service"), operated by L CUBE YOO PTY LTD(ABN 18 691 176 940). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is designed for Australian sole traders and small businesses. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. Not financial, tax or accounting advice
Sorted is a bookkeeping tool. It helps you record and organise income, expenses and GST and prepare information for your accountant, but it does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice and is not a substitute for a registered tax or BAS agent. GST estimates, deduction flags and tax figures are indicative only. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for your lodgements with the ATO.
4. Your data
You own the records you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process your data to provide the Service (including AI processing of receipts and transactions). You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you add.
5. Plans, trials and billing
- Free plan — the ledger is free to use, including GST and deductible flags and CSV export.
- Premium — paid features such as AI receipt scanning, bank import, the full accountant pack and AI insights. Prices are shown in AUD and may be billed monthly or annually.
- Trial — any free trial automatically reverts to the Free plan at the end of the trial unless you choose to subscribe. Your ledger data stays intact.
- Payments — handled by Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your account returns to the Free plan, with your ledger data retained. If we issue a refund for a paid period, your Premium access ends when the refund is processed (a refund returns the payment, so the paid benefit ends with it). Except where required by law — including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded — fees already paid are otherwise non-refundable.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break security or access other users' data, no automated abuse of scanning or other features, and no uploading of content you have no right to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sorted is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on figures you are responsible for verifying. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. You can export your data before closing your account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Questions? Email support@yeahsorted.com.
